Profilho® is a skin remodeling treatment consisting of pure Hyaluronic Acid. Whilst it contains pure Hyaluronic Acid, it is not a dermal filler. Dermal fillers typically volumise, whereas Profilho® stimulates the creation of new collagen and elastin in the superficial layers, just under the surface of the skin.

Sun Damage
Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) applies light energy to the skin. The light passes directly through the skin and is absorbed by either the small blood vessels when treating broken capillaries and rosacea, or the melanin when treating pigmentation.

Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) applies light energy to the skin which is absorbed by the hair follicle pigment, melanin. This causes the pigment to heat up, which kills both the hair shaft and the follicle from which new hair would grow to replace it.
